After signing cooperation contract with “Standardslib”, distributors will share protections of corporate distributor policy and various distributor supports. The specified distributor supports are as below:
I. Price Policy
“Standardslib” implements unified market price policy in target regional markets.
(1) United Retail Price in Target Regional Market
High-grade price is positioned for our products generally. Profitable products are positioned in high-grade price, and competitive products in middle-grade price, and image products in promotion price. United retail price will be implemented in target regional market.
(2) United Price for Distributors in Target Regional Market
The prices are united in a target regional market in order to protect different distributors’ benefit and to implement the united price policy in target market. We hope every distributor understand and support our distributor policy.
(3) Ensure Distributor’s Reasonable Profit Margin
After unifying price for distributors and retail price in target market, no matter profitable products, or competitive products and image products, the profit margin between retail price and distributor price is enough to be reasonable for distributors.
II. Product Supports
“Standardslib” will supply the newest R&D products information and samples to distributors, and also with referable sales promotion materials. The samples and sales promotion materials will be supplied free of charge by our company. In addition, our company is able to customize well-sold products in local markets for customers in order to expand local market sales and share.
III. Sales Promotion Supports
As for shop sales promotion or festival sales promotion, our company will supply sales promotion materials for distributors, including product manuals, promotion posters or product display stands etc. which can be designed by distributors and printed by our company. All of sales promotion materials above will be supplied free of charge by us and will be sent to distributors along with goods shipment.
IV. After-sale Supports
“Standardslib” will supply better after-sale services and technical supports for sales channel distributors and project engineering distributors in order to solve customers’ final worry about our businesses.
